Welcome, Kings and Queens!💕 My name is Vianca, and I am the proud owner and CEO of Flawlessly Crowned Beauty Salon est. 2024 and suite-based inside Studios Twenty8 in Chesapeake, VA. As a Licensed Cosmetologist and Self-Taught Master Braider, I have over 15 years of experience providing healthy hair care services. At Flawlessly Crowned, we specialize in providing a gentle, high-quality braiding experience for both children and adults. Each service is designed to prioritize the health of your hair, your comfort, and long-lasting, flawless results. My clients love their luxurious one-on-one self-care sessions with me because they receive the royal treatment their hair deserves. Each service includes a relaxing and deep-cleansing shampoo, a hydration conditioning treatment specific to your hair and scalp needs, gentle detangling, and a blowout to prep your hair before styling. Braiding hair and accessories are included for most styles. ✨ Please review before booking: • A Non-Refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Late arrivals may be canceled or adjusted. • No-call/no-shows/same day cancellations will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay 50% of the total cost. • Only scheduled clients are allowed—no extra guests. ✨ Hair Preparation: Please arrive with hair properly detangled from ends to roots and free of its previous style. Additional fees will apply for excessive detangling or your appointment may be cancelled. ✨ Children’s Appointments: We proudly provide a calm, comfortable experience for children. Please ensure your child is prepared to sit for the duration of the service. At Flawlessly Crowned, I believe embracing your hair is an essential part of self-love, which you can achieve through knowledge and proper hair care. Your hair represents being flawlessly crowned by God, and I’m here to help it flourish as intended. CANCELLATION POLICY
We at Flawlessly Crowned, value you, your time and your choice to do business with us. It is our goal to provide you and all our clients with the best service possible. We understand that things may happen, and if needed, a 15-minute grace period is given. After 15 minutes with no communication, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. All Cancellations or No-Shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service booked. If I have to cancel or reschedule your appointment to another day for my personal reasons, you will have the option to carry your deposit over to the soonest day on which I can service you or have your deposit refunded. If I am running more than 10 minutes late or behind on a client, you will be notified via text to the number you have on file as soon as I am aware of the possible lateness. If you choose not to wait and would prefer to reschedule, your deposit will be carried over to that appointment. If you choose not to wait & cancel your appointment, your deposit is forfeited & the cancellation fee will be applied.
